Whether you’re planning an elopement with just the two of you or an intimate wedding with 50 or less guests we are here to help! All our of package are offered Monday – Friday (non-holidays). They are based on our availability, but we have multiple officiants and team members in all categories to help provide availability! Please contact us to check availability!
Below you will find the services we offered. All packages include photography and help coordinating our team, timing and photo locations as many of our couples travel from out of town to get married here. If you truly need a planner for your event, our florist Christine is also an event planner! Beyond that you can mix and match to create a personalized package that fits your needs ! If you need other vendors outside of what we offer please let us know and we are happy to make suggestions. If you are getting married at city hall please know that the wait time won’t count towards your 2 hours of photography as it’s totally unpredictable.
Travel and parking for the photographer and officiant is included in the package as well as delivery for flowers. Our hair & makeup artists will travel to you where you are getting ready (as long as it’s in our travel zone- http://elopetochicago.com/boundary-map/ ). If you are getting ready at a hotel in city they will charge their parking at the hotel to your room.
WE ONLY BOOK THESE PACKAGES FOR WEDDINGS OR ELOPEMENTS Of 50 GUESTS OR LESS. YOU MAY HAVE A BRIDAL PARTY, BUT WE LIMIT IT TO 6 TOTAL PEOPLE (INCLUDING THE TWO OF YOU). If you have a larger party than this or more guests we start to get outside the realm of “intimate wedding” and into our normal rates for larger weddings. Our entire team does weddings full time so if you are hosting a larger affair we can help, but please know that the rates will differ as more time or stylists or assistants get added and we only package our services together for 50 person or less weddings.
These packages can only be booked at most SIX months in advance of the date. We understand that some of you who are having guests or traveling in need to make plans a little more in advance than a true elopement would, but we feel six months still provides plenty of time to do that and we are happy to help and make suggestions along the way!
PHOTOGRAPHY + COORDINATION (required for all packages) : $800
-Up to 2 hours of wedding day photography with Becky from Becky Brown Photography.
** If Becky is not available we do have 2 associate photographers on the team as well.
-The two hours covers the ceremony and photos at that location as well as 1 other photo stop in the city. If you would like coverage of getting ready, more photos stops or your dinner or reception you can add hours to the base package.
-Basic editing and basic retouching of images as needed.
-An online gallery of the edited images that can be shared with friends and family.
-Five preview images emailed or posted to facebook within 24-48 hours of the wedding or elopement so you can break the news!
-A flash drive with 75 of your select favorite images with personal reprinting rights for the couple.
– Unlimited emails and phone calls with Becky leading up to your wedding date.
– Recommendations and a PDF location guide for ceremony locations and/or for photos in the city.
– Scheduling of wedding day timeline and help navigating between locations on the day of the wedding.
– Coordination of our other elope vendors to provide a smooth planning process.
– Recommendations for any other vendors, hotels, restaurants or anything else we can help with!
CEREMONY OFFICIANT: $400
If you’re looking to have a personalized ceremony at the location of your choice one our experienced officiants can help you create the perfect event. All of our officiants have years of experience and have worked with all types of traditions and religions. Once booked you will be put in direct contact with them to work on the details of your ceremony. This fee includes their travel to the cermeony location. The couple in required to provide a valid marriage license.
HAIR & MAKEUP : $225 (Monday-Thursday) and $275 (Fridays)
What a better excuse to get pampered than your wedding day?! Our team of professional stylists will come to you the day of your event and provide hair and airbrush makeup. You will get to consult with the stylist prior to the event to collaborate on the look and style you want for the wedding day. You may add a trial at the studio for $150 or add additional people for day of hair & makeup (bridesmaids or mom’s) for $140 each (Limit 2).
FLOWERS: $185 for Traditional / $275 for vintage or modern / $350 for Custom
** Price includes a bouquet and matching boutonniere. For two brides or two grooms please contact us for specific pricing!
The perfect compliment to complete your wedding look is a gorgeous bouquet or boutonniere! Our florist has put together four options for you to choose from. If you have something specific in mind she will work with you to personalize an arrangement , but be advised that additional fees may apply. Additional hour of photo coverage : $300 (limit 6 hours of total coverage). For each hour you get an additional 25 images on your flash drive.
One hour engagement session in Chicago : $300 (only available on weekdays with package purchase)
