I have decided that these two have the absolute best luck when it comes to weather. We did their engagement session a couple weeks prior and had an absolutely gorgeous evening complete with one of the best sunsets I’ve ever photographed in Chicago. And when wedding day rolled around it was just as perfect!

I met them at Ambassador Hotel where the ceremony and reception were taking place. A few quick photos of the girls and it was time to meet Steve on the rooftop for their “I do’s.” Take note of their special furry guest Havie. He looked dashing in his tuxedo as Mom and Dad tied the knot.

Some rooftop photos with everyone while cocktails were poured and everyone soaked up the sun and the views. We snuck downstairs for a few photos in the lobby while the staff set up for dinner. I mean, can you imagine a better setting for dinner? Abby’s grandpa said a blessing and I left the newlyweds to enjoy their dinner with guests as the sun set.
