Blackhawks Elopement : Morgan + Patrick 11/11/16
My absolute favorite thing about elopements is that they can be whatever you want them to be! They are already considered “non-traditional” so why not do whatever you want? Morgan and Patrick are a prime example of that.
I met them at Cloudgate (aka the Bean) for some photos before their ceremony. I instantly fell in love with them and their matching Mr. and Mrs. Blackhawks jerseys. Morgan even had a matching veil! For their “reception” they took they guests to dinner and off to watch the Hawks game. How awesome is that?!
After some photos downtown we headed out to Museum Campus to meet their friends and family for the ceremony. Although it was only November it was a very very cold windy day and being by the lake made it feel even colder. Everyone snuggled up together as they said I do and laughed and cried during their personal vows.
Thank you to the newlyweds for allowing us to be a part of your day. And thank you to all the guests for toughing out the Chicago weather with us!
