I could not have asked for a more gorgeous day for Ginger and Steve’s elopement! Mother Nature held out the warmth a little later in the year than normal so we were blessed with 60 degrees at the end of October!

I met the couple and Ginger’s daughter at city hall for their ceremony. Steve is a baseball coach so a stop at Wrigley was a must have! The Cubs had ended their season just a couple days before, but unfortunately the construction crew wasted no time moving in to work on the stadium so we had to get a little creative as we trying to avoid the cranes out front. Our final stop was a North Ave Beach. I am obsessed with these shots! The beach was empty as it was the day before Halloween so we had the place to ourselves! I love that Ginger incorporated some fun touches with custom Coke bottle and baseballs with the words “We eloped” for our stop at Wrigley.
