Meet Vanessa and Jason! They drove over from Iowa with their son for their city hall elopement and mini-moon in Chicago over Memorial weekend.  I met them downtown for some photos at LaSalle Bridge and Board of Trades before heading to City Hall.

Because we were going into the holiday weekend it was pretty quiet at city hall and we were able to get some cool shots in areas that are normally filled with people. They said their I do’s and exchanged rings in front of the judge and their son. By this point he was a little tired and I love the shot of him resting on the desk while they say their vows!

I left them to go celebrate together as a family and enjoy the rest of the weekend in the city!
