Welcome to our first outdoor elopement of 2019! It was freezing! And I’m not exaggerating when I say that. It was legit 18 degrees when we finished our outdoor photos.

But these two were troopers. They came up from Indianapolis and wanted to marry along the river as they always stop in the same place by the Wrigley Building for a photo each trip. We decided to opt for the Wrigley Building in the background for the ceremony as there was less foot traffic on that side for their I do’s. They definitely still got a few onlookers taking photos and yelling their congrats! A bonus of eloping the heart of downtown.

They said their I do’s with mildly shivering hands and just like that they were husband and wife! Some photos in their spot and a quick warm up inside and we headed over to LaSalle Bridge for a new view. Before they turned into complete popsicles we opted to head to their hotel suite at LondonHouse to finish with a few photos there with the fireplace to warm us up!
