From the moment I stepped inside their apartment the day of the wedding I knew I was going to love these two!! Granted I had been emailing back and forth prior, but my suspicions were confirmed. I loved that they had me meet them at their place before the ceremony for some getting ready shots and family photos with their two cats! I may or may not have taken an excess amount of photos of Max….. what can I say I’m a cat person!

From their custom invitations complete with caricatures of them to the river taxi ride they took with their guests to get to dinner all the details were perfect and 100% them. One of the many reasons I love elopements and intimate weddings!!

First Photo stop – Kinzie Bridge!

From there we headed over to Millenium Park to check out Lurie Garden and Cloudgate aka “The Bean”.

From there it was off to the Riverwalk to meet up with their family and friends for the ceremony.

We left the ceremony and headed to the water taxi stand for a quick trip down the river to the restaurant they were having dinner. Off course I had to stop them when I saw the light coming magically through the Wrigley Building 🙂
