Who would  have thought that September would bring us a heat index with temps in the mid 90’s?! To say it was hot for Kat and Derek’s big day would be an understatement. But these two still looked flawless!

We started out with their I do’s at the Lily Pool (one of our favorites). It was partially flooded from the crazy rain the night before, but when you only have 2 people it’s not a problem to find a good spot! Thankfully there is a lot of good shade there to help a bit with the heat. From there we headed down to south pond for a little skyline view and some shots at the honeycomb where we had to wait out a very “interesting” photo session happening that I can only assume was an Instagram sensation haha. And then it was off to some AC to cool down!

Congrats to Kat and Derek and thank you for being troopers in the heat!
