Sometimes a couple comes along that I instantly connect with. I didn’t meet Kaitlyn until months after we initially started emailing, but I felt like I had known her for years!

It was a particularly chilly day in Chicago for mid October (only 41 degrees!), but that didn’t phase them at all. We met at the park where Kaitlyn had a first look with her Dad (which I love) before walking up to meet her groom! They said I do surrounded by a few family members.

I loved all the little details they incorporated. From the custom ring box, to the photo on her dad’s tie to her sparkly shoes!

From there we headed out into the city for some photos. There was a looming threat of rain pretty much the entire day and we got soooo lucky. It start sprinkling just as we were finishing up! I sent them off to warm up and meet back up with family for dinner.
