My favorite Kiwi’s are on the blog tonight! Sarah first contacted me when she and Max were planning a trip that included a stop in Chicago for Lollapalooza weekend. And they figured, why not get married while we’re there! Enter our dream team!

I helped Sarah plan things as they were traveling in all the way from New Zealand! They definitely win the award for furthest distance traveled to elope here. What is even more amazing is that I (Becky) went to New Zealand in December for a photo workshop and got to see these two lovebirds again! So to any of my previous couples – I will come visit you, even if you live on the other side of the world haha.

I met them at Public Hotel where they had rented a suite with an amazing terrace that we did the ceremony on. From there we headed to Olive Park to catch an amazing sunset for portraits. They headed out to dinner and drinks after and spent their mini honeymoon rocking out in Grant Park for Lolla for the next few days!

Congrats again to the newlyweds!
