When Desiree and Tony decided to elope at the end of March to Chicago I don’t think any of us were expecting 6 inches of snow! The last big snow of the winter came the day before their wedding. Luckily they had planned for an indoor ceremony at Trump Hotel so the cold was only a factor for photos. With amazing views of the city and the river they said their I Do’s in a private ceremony.

We braved the cold and snow for some outdoor photos near the hotel before doing a quick outfit change for our other locations.

I always love when our couple add extra photo time so that I can get some pre-ceremony photos. In this case I met them at the hotel and was able to shoot details and some photos of them helping each other get ready. There is something so intimate and romantic to me about spending the whole day together.
