If you've found yourself here chances are it's because you aren't interested in a "traditional" wedding. And neither am I. My favorite weddings are ones that truly express the couple and their interests. They are weddings where at the end of the day I leave thinking "Damn that was fun! I don't want to leave!" And that feeling usually comes because the couple themselves is having a blast. They are doing what they want to do for their wedding day. Whether that's a  an intimate brunch wedding or an elopement with just the two of them, they aren't doing things just because that is what a wedding is "supposed" to be.

I'm looking for couples that want to bend and break the rules. 

You can get married on Thursday with 20 people and then hit up a Blackhawks game as your reception. You can sail down the Chicago river on a yacht while saying I do. You can do whatever you want!

My inspiration for Elope to Chicago came back in 2012 when my friend Susan and Dan asked me to shoot their city hall wedding on a Tuesday. It was so simple and so full of love. Just the the two of them doing exactly what they wanted to do!

So I began putting the pieces together and selecting the team to create Elope to Chicago. Every team member was personally selected by me. I know them, I trust them and they all do amazing work.

As of June of 2018 we have helped over 130 couples get married! When you work with us you're getting us! Not some big company that will just pick a photographer out of a pile. We work with you directly to personalize and create your dream wedding day.
