Rev. Carla joined the Elope to Chicago team in 2020 in the midst of pandemic madness!
She started her career in the wedding world as an officiant in Florida and spent many years in Chicago as a wedding photographer before coming full circle back to officiating.
Her years of experience in different roles comes in incredibily handy for elopements. Not only is a ceremony expert, but her photography experience is a huge bonus!
And if that's not enough, she was also recently married and first hand experienced the many set backs, changes and postponements that came along with getting married during a pandemic. So when she says "I understand" she really does!
