Meet Luiza and Michael! I was thrilled to be a part of their wedding day at city hall. We met in the morning for the ceremony with Michael’s parents and sister as guests before hitting the town for photos in a variety of locations. They are planning a big party in November at the Pirates stadium in Pittsburgh (where he is from) so we naturally we did some baseball photos at the end to use for their invites! Thanks for letting me spend the morning with you!

Congratulations again! Here are some of my favorites!

After the ceremony we set out walking towards Millenium Park, but we had to make a quick stop at the Chicago Theater.

A quick stop at the bean since Michael’s parents had never been down there and then it was off to the Lurie Garden which had some gorgeous purple flowers at that time – a perfect match to the bride’s DIY bouquet!

We jumped in a cab with the threat of rain looming overhead, but luckily all we got were a few sprinkles during these photos at North Avenue Beach.

We got some serious walking in! After leaving North Ave we decided it would be easiest to just walk over South Pond in Lincoln Park. Which means stopping on the bridge over Lake Shore Drive!
