I LOVE a good brunch wedding! So naturally I was thrilled when Shira and Jim asked me to photography their wedding at The Bristol in Bucktown.

I arrived to find guest enjoying cocktails and small bites as sort of a pre-ceremony cocktail hour (amazing right?!). Jim was anxiously waiting for Shira to arrive. We met her downstairs and did a few quick portraits nearby before getting the ceremony started.

Shira’s uncle officiated which was a great personal touch. The ceremony was  so heartfelt and wonderful as they were literally surrounded by their families and guests watching them say I Do.

After the ceremony the guests were treated to an amazing family style brunch including pancakes, eggs bendict and chilaquiles (yum!) just to name a few. We took some family photos and a couple of toasts were given to round out the perfect intimate brunch wedding.
